Meine Nokia Box bleibt bei Loading kernel stehen.
Was kann ich da machen?

Ich hab schon versucht ein neues Image aufzuspielen aber das funzt auch nicht.

Hab das so verstanden, dass die nachricht bei seinem "alten" Image kommt und auch ein Flashen danach nicht funktioniert hat.

Das Log hilft in beiden Fällen, einmal, um zu sehen, wo's beim Booten hakt bzw. warum das Flashen nicht funktioniert.

Ich tippe beim Booten auf zerlegtes jffs2 (inode der Logo's) und beim Flashen auf den fehlgeschlagenen BootP-Request (boot net failed).

Hab ich alles in meiner Kristallkugel gesehen.

Zum Vergrößern anklicken....

Beim "umwandeln" ändere ich ja nur das ppcboot bzw. uboot in eins für 1 oder 2 Flash's.

Mach ich das verkehrt, kommt "Kein System", weil der das uboot (ppcboot) an den aufgeführten Flashadressen kein OS findet.

Ich sag mal, in einem Großteil der Fälle, will das ppcboot die Logo's aus'm jffs2, dort sind sie aber zerhauen bzw. Referenzen stimmen nicht. Nun sollen die Logos übers Netz via TFTP geholt werden, an geforderter Stelle sind aber auch keine. Folglich hängt die Box in einer "Warteschleife". Ist die Box mit Nullmodemkabel angeschlossen und die Konsole läuft mit, kann ich auch mit ESC abbrechen und sie bootet ohne Logos.

Hab jetzt endlich Zeit gehabt nen Bootlog zu machen.
Um das kleine Verständigungsproblem nochmal aufzugreifen.
Die Box hat ein Freund von mir gekauft und der weiß auch nur das sie beim hochfahren bei loading kernel stehen geblieben ist und weiter nix mehr.
Dann hab ich eben versucht ein neues Image aufzuspielen was auch geklappt hat, aber es hat am Ergebnis nix geändert.
Ich hofffe ihr könnt mir jetzt weiterhelfen.

naja, steht nicht immer nur "kein system", wenn man ein 2xI auf 1XI umwandelt und flashed gibt es aktuell das problem, dass das fifs ja net passt.

aber dann bleibt beim booten das display leer und die meldung unten Loading kernel ist zusehen!!

auch den fall gibt es!

Kommt darauf an, wie du flashst bzw. was du beim "Umwandeln" vorne dranhängst.

Es gibt ja 1x.bin und 2x.bin für ppcboot UND uboot!

Wer heutzutage sagt ich habe umgewandelt, kann ja seinem Image z.B. statt einem uboot im Original fälschlicherweise ein ppcboot davorgeschnallt haben.

Poste nun mal noch das Flash-Log. Mir scheint da einiges im Flash zu fehlen.

Hast Du den Reset manuell gemacht oder looped die Box automatisch?

Den Reset hat die Box normal gemacht.
Wie ich flashe?
Mit dem D-Box Bootmanager.
Das Problem ist das ich euch immer gar nicht so folgen kann was ihr da sol redet, ich kenn mich nicht so aus.
Und das mit dem uboot ist was ganz was neues für mich, als bootfile hab ich bis jetzt immer nur ppcboot hergenommen.
Was ist der Unterschied zwischen ppcboot und uboot?
