Probiere es erstmal so:
CPU Clock Ratio -> 9
CPU Host Clock Control -> Enabled
CPU Host Frequency(Mhz) -> 333
System Memory Multiplier -> 2.5
CAS Latency Time -> 4
DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay -> 4
DRAM RAS# Precharge -> 4
Precharge delay (tRAS) -> 12
ACT to ACT Delay -> 3
Rank Write To READ Delay -> 3
Write To Precharge Delay -> 6
Refresh to ACT Delay -> 42
Read to Precharge Delay -> 3
Static tRead Value -> 6
Static tRead Phase Adjust -> Auto
DDR2 OverVoltage Control -> +0.3V
CPU Voltage Control -> Wert einstellen, der bei "Normal CPU Vcore" angezeigt wird.
Unter Advanced BIOS Features "CPU Enhanced Halt (C1E)" und "CPU EIST Function" deaktivieren.
400x8/400x9
Wie oben, aber System Memory Multiplier -> 2.0, Static tRead Value -> 7, Vcore anpassen.
Die Stabilität testest du am besten mit Memtest86+ 1.70, Prime95 und Spielen.
