Core Improvements:
(1) Fixed UPnP on Windows!
(2) Tightened up Connections by adding short timeouts to TCP connection attempts.
This should improve the Timing of the UDP connections.
(both ends must be roughly syncronised for it to work)
(3) Added notification of connection type (TCP or UDP) to the Friends window.
So now you can tell if any UDP connections succeed!
